The Canon Ringers bell choir is an active group of 16 dedicated musicians.  This lively group rehearses on Thursday evenings at 7:00 from September through May. The ensemble generally rings during worship once a month and is more active during Advent and Christmas.  This group continues to expand it’s participation in worship by forming small group presentations.  In the fall of 2010, the Canon Ringers commissioned a new work by Dr. John Behnke.  ”Deb’s Song” was premiered during worship on May 22, 2011 in memory of our former Director, Deb Heine.

The group rings on five octaves of Schulmerich handbells and three octaves of Schulmerich hand chimes.  New ringers are welcome!

The Bell choir will be playing during worship services on October 9, November 13, December 11, 18 (Cantata) & 24 (@ 7:00 pm), January 15, February 12, March 11, April 8, May 6, and May 20.
